A big welcome to our newest Design Professional, Peter Catapano!

For Peter, architecture is an opportunity to learn and grow with every project. The constant problem-solving and creative challenge is what keeps the field so engaging and meaningful to him. He values what makes each project unique and approaches every new opportunity with that curiosity front of mind. When a designer is genuinely invested in understanding what makes a project distinct, the results reflect that.

At QA+M, we believe that curiosity is one of the most valuable qualities a designer can bring to the table. Architecture is a field that demands continuous learning, and the best work comes from those who embrace it. Peter’s approach aligns closely with how we think about design and the relationships we build with our clients. Every project is a chance to ask better questions, find smarter solutions, and deliver something that genuinely serves the people who will use it.

Outside of the studio, Peter brings that same sense of curiosity and openness to the world around him. He has gone jungle zip-lining in Thailand, is an amateur pickleball champion, and loves to travel and experience architecture firsthand around the world. Experiencing how different cultures and places approach the built environment is something that quietly shapes how a designer approaches their projects and solves challenging and complex problems.
