A huge WELCOME to our newest Interior Designer, Melissa Izzio!

For Melissa, design is about understanding each client’s story and transforming it into a space that feels unmistakably their own. By listening closely and responding with clarity and intention, she creates environments that are functional, meaningful, and deeply connected to the people who use them. Each project becomes a chance to discover what truly matters to someone and express it through space. The goal is always to deliver design that feels personal and purposeful.

That philosophy is one that aligns closely with how we approach every project at QA+M. We build trust and foster long-term relationships that serve as the foundation to building great and lasting spaces. It is about creating environments that work for the people inside them and reflect something genuine about who they are. Melissa brings that understanding to her work, and it is exactly the kind of thinking that strengthens our team and the work we deliver to our clients.

Melissa joins QA+M with a foundation built on careful listening and thoughtful execution. Her approach to each project starts with the client, taking the time to understand their needs, story, and vision before working outward from there. The result is design that does not just look good but feels right to the people who experience it every day.

Outside of the studio, Melissa is someone who seeks adventure and does not shy away from a challenge. She has climbed an active volcano, driven across the country twice, and taught herself to be ambidextrous.
