QA+M’s work on the Wolcott Public Library incorporated numerous interior renovations, including new HC accessible bathrooms, a new meeting room, a new circulation desk, new mechanical system upgrades, and ADA upgrades throughout.

The complete roof replacement presented numerous challenges. A structure with no rectilinear edges, the roof was best suited for a cold-process built-up roof and associated pliable flashings. The project included the provision of an entirely new roof drainage system. The building enclosure upgrades also included new standing seam aluminum roofs and store front at the entrance ways.
