The Wethersfield High School comprehensive renovation project addressed educational program requirements and energy conservation needs. The 255,000-SF “like-new” renovation and 26,000-SF addition enhanced safety and accessibility, and improved circulation and site amenities.

The project scope included new administrative offices, new interiors and finishes, a complete infrastructure upgrade, 14 new science clabrooms, a new media center, a complete auditorium renovation, repurposed music, art, and technology spaces, a new culinary program as well as a new commons/cafeteria, teachers' and coaches’ offices and support spaces, and the addition of entirely new athletic facilities.
