QA+M was engaged by the Superintendent of Schools to analyze the existing cafeteria to help increase the capacity of students. Conceptual options were shown for both increased capacity and traffic flow through the serving area. A study of the kitchen was conducted resulting in a new refrigerator, larger freezer and increased dry storage to allow for the future reconfiguration of the kitchen area.
