The Goodwin
The Goodwin features 47 mixed-income apartments including one, two, and three-bedroom units, several of which meet handicap-accessibility requirements. Fifteen Workforce Housing units offer subsidized living for low-income families to benefit from the conveniences offered by West Hartford. Building amenities include secure entry, a common room, a games room, carpeted corridors, and an elevator. Apartments offer in-unit washers and dryers, one and a half bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. Energy and water-efficient lighting and plumbing fixtures as well as individual climate control units are provided.
