Steele Center is a mixed-use development and transit-oriented hub that will be the new heart of Berlin’s downtown.
Located directly adjacent to the train station and on the new state-funded downtown boulevard, the project will form a new communal center for the Town. An environmentally friendly redevelopment of an existing industrial brownfield site, the project will include restaurant, office and retail space. Additionally, the project will feature 70 market-rate apartments within the town center. This new, pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center sets the bar for future development in Berlin and the ongoing renaissance of the town.
