Stamford Manor
Stamford Manor required exterior envelope and masonry repairs, exterior railing replacements, concrete repair, brick repointing, replacement and anchoring, window sill replacements, joint recaulking, and environmental remediation for PCB’s. Unique challenges to the project included construction phasing while the building remained occupied, and various methods of staging this multi-story structure.
