QA+M provided architectural and interior design services for the 9,650-SF addition to Rocky Hill’s existing Town Hall with a dedicated entry to the Community and Senior Center, including a cafe, activity and multi-use meeting rooms, and administrative space for Human Services.
Site improvements to the parking around this new facility include accessible drop-off and pick-up locations as well as ample accessible parking. Additional parking was be created adjacent to the library, police department, and Kennedy House buildings. A half mile sidewalk loop will corral the campus.
