QA+M Architecture designed and built the firm’s corporate office. The project gutted a 10,000-SF space and created a high-tech, collaborative, open-office plan suited to the specific needs of a design firm. Natural light is reflected deeper into the open-office area which accommodates designers, 3D modelers, marketing, accounting, and other team members who collaborate daily. The cafe area has become a social hub in the office and serves as an education space for weekly seminars and lectures from product vendors. Aware that meeting space is always at a premium, the team tucked three conference rooms along the perimeter of the floor along with enclosed phone booths for individual use.
