Puerto Vallarta
Originally a casual American bar and grille, this 5,525-SF restaurant space has a new owner, brand identity, menu concept, different seating arrangements, and a new enlarged bar, requiring a new design for this Mexican restaurant – the site of the seventh Puerto Vallarta in Connecticut.
QA+M Architecture provided design and construction administration services for an interior and exterior face lift to create a Mexican bistro with a contemporary flair.
Architectural millwork included the bar, reception station, hostess stations, and built-in banquettes. Interior design features include mural walls and accent features, decorative lighting, artwork, and accent pieces.
Behind the scenes, the modernized kitchen brings sophisticated mexican cuisine to Fairfield County.
