This project was the first fully occupied nursing facility to receive authorization to commence work at the height of the pandemic. Resident and staff safety was priority one throughout the course of the renovation.
This residential care home was converted to a state-of-the-art memory care facility with 13 units. Through renovation work, the facility was brought up to current state requirements. The project scope included new roofs, windows, siding, interior fit out of resident rooms, nursing stations and common areas, as well as FF&E and equipment for both the 70-bed nursing home and the 10-bed residential care home. In addition to the required renovation work, PMBH received a new front entrance lobby equipped with a new elevator, marketing offices, and administrative space.
