This 18,000-SF gut renovation was transformed into a brand-new corporate office. The design includes an open layout with a variety of mixed-use spaces for both individual and collaborative work. “Huddle rooms” that vary in size will allow for individual work stations as well as break-away areas for employees to engage in group discussions. A large training room will double as a multi-purpose space for other activities including yoga and group gatherings.
