A new communications center was the spark for the additions, renovations and upgrades to the New Britain’s Public Works facility.
The work included the addition of a new communications center that accommodated modern equipment and allowed full visual observation of the site and adjacent fueling center. Renovations work also included upgrades to the administrative offices, roll-call area, break area, locker rooms, provision of a new female locker room, and miscellaneous upgrades within the maintenance bays.
