Removal / Replacement of 15,000 sq ft of existing ballasted EPDM roof systems including edge metal & roof ballast. Installation of new .090 thick black EPDM fully adhered roof assembly, insulation, taper insulation and edge metal. Raising of existing blocking as required to accommodate new insulation. Installation of retrofit drains.
