New Adult Care Facility, State Department of Veterans’ Affairs
This project involved programming, design, and construction of a new 90,000 SF, 125-bed adult care facility, as well as a plan for future expansion to 225 beds. Common spaces within the unit include spacious light filled lounges with views to the Connecticut River Valley. Central dining rooms are designed to provide a restaurant-like atmosphere with fireplaces and cathedral ceilings.
