The Millard Performing Arts Center is a three hundred and fifty seat facility that was a full renovation project for the University of Hartford that addressed ADA Compliance, Updating the Sound and Lighting, Acoustics and interior finishes. The project was completed in 2016 with a budget was $2.2 Million. The existing facility was evaluated by the design team and recommendation were made to the client to accommodate priority items due to a limited budget.
