Meriden Commons
QA+M Architecture served as the local architecture partner with the two-phase Meriden Commons project in Meriden. Meriden Commons was a mixed-use multi-family housing completed into two phases. Phase 1 included a 4-story mid-rise building with 75 units and 5,400-SF of retail space. The 75 units was a mix of 27 1-bedroom, 32 2-bedroom and 16 3-bedroom units.
Phase 2 included one 4-story building with 49 units and 1,600-SF of retail space. Two 3-story townhouses were also constructed with 27 units (18 2-bedroom, 5 3-bedroom, and 4 4-bedroom.)
