LEGO Brick House
This project transformed a former 140,000 SF high-bay manufacturing facility into a new corporate operations center. LEGO needed to quickly provide work space for a rapidly growing work force and chose to utilize their abandoned manufacturing building adjacent to their existing corporate offices.

More Information

Architectural services included all planning and interior design for the complete fit-out of a diverse program of spaces including global video teleconferencing, marketing team areas, contact center and model shop equipped with a dedicated exhaust system at each workstation. The project plan incorporates a major sky lit circulation “street” that borders LEGO team work areas and a food court, and contains coffee bars and open meeting spaces.

Extensive modifications to the building shell, utility and technology systems were required to accommodate all LEGO program requirements. Both design and construction were completed in nine months to meet LEGO's tight schedule.
