Kaiser Hall Athletic Center
The Central Connecticut State University Athletic Center is a multi-use facility built in 1968 housing all athletic and physical education programs at the University. It is comprised of a 3,000-seat basketball arena, a natatorium, related team and faculty lockers rooms, athletic training, teaching spaces and all faculty/administrative functions. The task was to renovate the existing building (121,200 SF) and design an addition (6,950 SF) for severely needed new administrative space. The renovations included all new finishes, mechanical services and lighting throughout the facility.
