The project scope was to design USP 797/800 compliant pharmacy compounding rooms within the confines of the existing fully occupied and functioning Pharmacy. This multi-phased project required extensive coordination with all team members including the hospital, pharmacy consultants, engineering consultants, and contractor. Through extensive design study, we were able to develop a strategy that allowed the new compounding rooms to be constructed without impact to the existing compounding rooms. Our services included documentation of existing conditions, furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification and coordination, phasing plans (including interim pharmacy operation layouts), full design and construction documents, construction period services.
