This project will consolidate the following programs from separate buildings into one cohesive medical office building; 20,000 SF Pediatric clinic, 19,000 SF Med-Ped clinic, 14,000 SF Adult clinic, and a 11,000 SF Women’s health clinic. In order to meet Baystate’s operational needs during the design and construction of the new medical office building, QA+M has provided architectural services for additional projects to renovate and expand the existing satellite facilities of Baystate Medical, which include the following projects:

Wason Avenue Pediatric Clinic - Providing design services for interior renovations encompassing two care neighborhoods, adding exam rooms, and converting existing spaces to improve efficiency and meet FGI/MA DPH standards.

Breast Specialist Clinic Expansion - Schematic design study for the Baystate Breast Specialists Clinic at 100 Wason Avenue, exploring expansion into adjacent space to add exam and consult rooms while ensuring seamless integration with existing areas
