This 12,000 SF project was a complete transformation of a 50-year-old med-surg unit into a 24-bed adult behavioral health unit.

The new unit provides private and semi-private rooms all with private toilet facilities, generous light filled common spaces, and secure staff support areas.

To minimize risk to the patients and staff, the entire unit was reconstructed utilizing durable finishes and secure fixtures. Construction was accomplished with minimal impact to the occupied floors above and below.
