The project is called “Framingham Commons”, and it is a new mixed-use project with commercial space and apartments. It is considered “transit-oriented development” because it will be built near the FastTrak station on New Park Avenue in West Hartford.
It will include 78 units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The concept is for 2-story loft type units with balconies. The Owner/Developer is Framingham Commons, LLC (Tom Briggs). The project is only at the conceptual design phase, so no consultant team as yet.
