Congratulations to Philip R. Smith School, and the outstanding teachers, students and parents who made this honor possible! South Windsor’s newest elementary school, designed by MPN Architects who merged with QA+M Architecture back in 2021, has become a National Blue Ribbon School – one of the nation’s highest levels of recognition for public and private schools. Only four schools in Connecticut were named 2023 National Blue Ribbon Schools – KUDOS to them for consistently being such a high performing school, so well-deserved!
