What industry “hot topic” do you have the most experience working with and what more call you tell us about it?

I focused on sustainable materials and construction heavily for years during school and developed my thesis around it. 4 years later I’m still very passionate on the matter and can see the industry moving closer and closer to regulating sustainability as a general practice.

 What is the current trend in architectural 3D rendering?

Incorporating sustainable features…. Ultimately creating the “green picture”, climate change is a big focus and capturing that in images is a big trend moving forward.

What technology trends are most impacting enterprise architecture?

AI… I think we see AI impacting our daily lives and a lot of jobs these days. Renderings are becoming more and more AI based at a fast rate.

What is the future of architecture?

I think the future of architecture is green. I see a lot more clients worrying about the environmental impact. Climate change might determine the future as time goes on.
