Growing in our Studio
Learning and growth happens every day at QA+M. From numerous opportunities for real-time mentoring and lunch-and-learn sessions in our studio, to attending industry conferences and vendor field trips, we are continually sharpening our skills and having fun doing it.
What’s more, rather than being hired to merely fill a position, our leaders hire based on drive and talent, and then encourage us to do what we love and bring our full passion to everything we create.
In fact, QA+M employees get the unique chance to take full ownership of a project from start to finish. From having a voice in client conversations, to learning about and participating in all the project’s phases including design, production, and construction administration, there is no better way to grow into a respected professional and be equipped to own your future.
Giving to our Communities
One of the things we love most is to use our hearts and hands to help families in our community. From installing flooring, staining porches, to painting trim and ceilings and more, we are proud to volunteer for Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity. In addition to building skills, we also volunteer our architecture services to design homes that support families’ needs. Everyone deserves a home. We’re thrilled to help make that happen.
What’s more, QA+M supports whatever matters most to our team. We encourage and often will fund their engagement in community activities, charity work, or fundraising events. We stand behind our team’s desire to make a difference in our community, and the world.
