QA Architects was a Silver Associate donor of The Simon Konover Company’s fundraising for The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp’s annual Camp Challenge Ride and Bandit 5k, which took place September 10th.
With the generous support of individuals and partnering companies like QA Architects, The Simon Konover Company has been the lead sponsor of the camp’s annual cycling, running and walking charity event since 2009. This year the team raised over $145,000.
Founded by Paul Newman in 1988, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a special place in Ashford, CT for seriously ill children and their families to participate in unique healing experiences. The camp serves over 25,000 kids and family members via summer camp, weekend programs and more.
In keeping with the charitable spirit, QA Architects also donated to the CFC Storehouse Community Day with the New Britain BeesOn August 12th, staff and families spent the day at a baseball game, with a portion of ticket sales and non-perishable food donations supporting the CFC.
QA recently designed improvements to convert the New Britain Stadium, former home of the Rock Cats.
