How do you define success?
Success is doing what you enjoy with those you care about. A successful project is one that serves the needs of the client in a way that brings some level of joy or comfort to the users. Many projects are not glamorous, but all projects have a need. When that need is satisfied, the project is successful.

When working with a committee composed of many different personalities, what is the best approach?
The best approach is to let everyone be heard and to listen. I’ve found that when you can pay attention to everyone, even if all of their issues are not resolved, it goes a long way in finding common ground.

What drives you?
Healthcare design is my passion. I am fully energized by the complexities, challenges, and ultimately the rewards of a successful project.
