Beam Signing at Schaller Honda
August 4, 2025

QA+M Architecture is leading a full-campus renovation and expansion for Schaller Honda in New Britain, Connecticut. This transformative project includes a complete overhaul of the existing used car center, modernization of the body shop facility to improve service efficiency, and the construction of a brand-new dealership building showcasing the latest vehicles from Honda.

Our design strategy emphasizes operational efficiency, streamlined customer flow, and a cohesive brand identity. By integrating sustainable materials and advanced building systems, the updated campus will enhance the customer experience and support Schaller Honda’s continued growth in the region.

A recent beam signing ceremony marked a major milestone in the project’s progress. This celebratory event brought together key stakeholders, including project partners, community leaders, and design and construction professionals, to recognize the achievements made so far. QA+M Architecture Founder and Principal David Quisenberry, AIA, LEED AP, spoke at the event, reflecting on the challenges and successes of the project and expressing deep appreciation for the dedication and collaboration of the entire project team.

Also in attendance was New Britain Mayor Erin Stewart, who joined the celebration and acknowledged the positive impact this redevelopment will have on the local economy and community.

The beam signing ceremony not only commemorated the physical progress of the construction but also highlighted the strong partnerships and shared vision that have driven the project forward. QA+M Architecture is proud to work alongside a talented team of professionals committed to delivering a modern, customer-focused dealership experience.
